Kayode Akintemi is an award-winning media executive, veteran journalist, and ICT consultant with nearly 40 years of experience in broadcast journalism. 

 

His career spans major media organizations including Channels TV, Arise News, and Plus TV Africa. He has also served in public-sector roles in the UK as a consultant for the London Borough of Hillingdon. Currently, he is the Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of News Central TV, a fully Pan-African news network based in Nigeria. 

 

Akintemi has interviewed notable African leaders, including former Presidents Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari, and remains committed to promoting investigative and development journalism. 

 

He is a member of several professional bodies including the Royal Television Society (RTS), NIPR, and SOCITM UK. Widely regarded as one of Africa’s most influential media personalities, he continues to mentor and inspire the next generation of journalists.
