Nicola Eniola Hospedales-Glickman is an internationally oriented corporate lawyer, legal consultant, transformational speaker, and business leader renowned for her ability to bridge law, leadership, governance, and culture with exceptional insight and influence. With nearly two decades of legal and corporate experience, she helps organizations and leaders navigate complexity with clarity, integrity, and strategic vision.
As a compelling keynote speaker and thought leader, Nicola delivers high-impact presentations that challenge audiences to rethink leadership, accountability, corporate responsibility, and organizational transformation. Drawing on extensive experience in corporate governance, labor and employment, risk management, and conflict resolution, she equips executives, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders with practical strategies to lead boldly while building ethical, resilient, and future-focused organizations.
Born in London to a Nigerian mother and Greek father, Nicola’s multicultural background informs her global perspective and ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences across industries and continents. After relocating to Atlanta more than 18 years ago, she began her legal career as a litigator at prominent law firms before transitioning to independent legal consulting, where she now focuses primarily on corporate law and labor & employment advisory services.
Beyond the legal arena, Nicola’s career reflects a rare fusion of corporate sophistication and entertainment industry experience. Early in her career, she served as an A&R intern with Virgin Records and later collaborated with BDP Entertainment as an Assistant UK Tour Manager, supporting internationally recognized artists including Destiny’s Child, 112, Jagged Edge, Kelis, and Busta Rhymes. This unique blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and entertainment experience informs her distinctive voice on leadership, branding, collaboration, and navigating high-pressure environments.
Nicola’s influence extends beyond the boardroom. She currently serves as Director of International Partnerships for the African Ambassadors Economic Forum (AAEF), where she leads strategic global relationship initiatives to foster economic empowerment and international collaboration.
